A whistleblower civil case against Lockheed Martin has reached a settlement of $15.85 million.

The company, Lockheed Martin, is responsible for crafting aircraft tools for the United States government. Two whistleblowers brought a case against the company in order to shed light on the fact that Lockheed Martin was overcharging for their services.

The contracting company did not admit fault in the case, but did agree to the $15.85 million settlement. The two whistleblowers will each receive $1 million for their part in the civil case.
