The Congressional Research Service Issues New Report on the False Claims Act—The Most Powerful Enforcement Tool for Fraudfighters

The Congressional Research Service just released another report on the False Claims Act called:  Qui Tam: The False Claims Act and Related Federal Statutes updated April 26, 2021.  The Congressional Research Service is the “think tank” for Congress.  It is a federal legislative branch agency located within the Library of Congress and employs staff for congressional committees and Members of Congress.  Subject matter experts at the Congressional Research Service help Congress during the legislative process, including pre-bill brainstorming through the committee hearing process and debates on the floor to the final enactment of our nation’s laws.
